Thank you for volunteering to be a mentor during the program and for sharing your expertise from academia/industry.

Expectations for Mentors

Mentors are asked to present a special topic (~45 minutes) at one of the monthly sessions. The Program Administrator will work with Mentors on the session topics.
Additionally, mentors are expected to have scheduled monthly 1:1 sessions (45 minutes each) during the duration of the program with their assigned mentee
Mentees are expected to attend a 30-minute entry and exit check-in with the Program Administrator.
